Ingredients
- Ayers Spicy Soy chunks – 500gm
- Capsicum – 1
- Onion – 1
- Chilli powder – ½ table spoon
- Cumin powder – ½ table spoon
- Coriander powder – ½ table spoon
- Fresh coriander leaves – 2 stems
- Cooking oil – 3 table spoon
- Lotus ginger garlic paste – 1 table spoon
- Salt – 1 table spoon
Preparation
- Heat cooking oil in a fryer on medium heat
- Put Lotus Ginger & Garlic paste one table spoon
- Chop Onions and capsicum and put them on the pan stir it until lite brown
- Ayers soaked Soy chunks put into pan and close the lid for sometime
- After 5 minutes add Chilli, cumin, coriander powder and stir them well
- Use salt to taste
- Add coriander leaves and serve hot with Roti or rice
