Ingredients

  • Ayers Spicy Soy chunks – 500gm
  • Capsicum – 1
  • Onion – 1
  • Chilli powder – ½ table spoon
  • Cumin powder – ½ table spoon
  • Coriander powder – ½ table spoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves – 2 stems
  • Cooking oil – 3 table spoon
  • Lotus ginger garlic paste – 1 table spoon
  • Salt – 1 table spoon

Preparation

  • Heat cooking oil in a fryer on medium heat
  • Put Lotus Ginger & Garlic paste one table spoon
  • Chop Onions and capsicum and put them on the pan stir it until lite brown
  • Ayers soaked Soy chunks put into pan and close the lid for sometime
  • After 5 minutes add Chilli, cumin, coriander powder and stir them well
  • Use salt to taste
  • Add coriander leaves and serve hot with Roti or rice
